Audiovisual Installation Technician

Seeking an Installation Technician with extensive knowledge of commercial system designs with 1-2 years of commercial audiovisual experience.  Our ideal candidate has good customer service skills which is utilized when communicating with the clients, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. If you are the person that can spot a crooked display or a misplaced wire, this may be the job for you! Some job duties include:

  • Rack Construction
  • Cable Pulling
  • Equipment Preparation
  • Installation of all Audiovisual Equipment

Experience installing audio-visual, displays, in ceiling speakers, table microphones, teleconferencing, corporate video, control systems and related systems preferred. An understanding of all building trades, materials and methods with a special emphasis on Mechanical and Electrical trades is required as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. CTS is preferred, must have Polycom, Cisco, Crestron, AMX, Biamp, ClearOne training or certs. Hands experience preferred.

Audiovisual Field Engineer

Seeking a Field Engineer with extensive knowledge of commercial systems designs with 3-5 years of commercial audiovisual experience. Audiovisual Field Engineer is responsible for ensuring the design has been followed through the entire construction process. CTS-I, CTS-D is preferred. This role will provide engineering support to the project team, the installation technicians, and end users. Some job duties include:

  • Support for Extron, AMX and Crestron Products
  • Equipment Configuration
  • Programming and Troubleshooting
  • Support with Rack Builds & Commissioning

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in troubleshooting and identifying customer needs, system issues with limited information. We need someone that is a problem solver and is willing to do what it takes to solve the issue ensuring we meet/exceed the client’s expectations. This role is will need to be okay with being in the office and out in the field, which can be a finished executive boardroom or a new construction site. Must have InfoComm CTS and basic Crestron and/or Extron cert.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the AV/IT industry required.

Audiovisual Account Manager

Seeking an Account Manager that will be required to generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base. This person must have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the audiovisual industry. Some job duties include:

  • Identify sales prospects
  • Develop price quotations/bid responses
  • Prepare contracts and pricing
  • Communicate plans with installation team

Our ideal candidate is someone that has excellent proactive communication skills with the client, general contractor, manufacturer sales reps, and our internal team to ensure that the client’s vision is being executed accurately. This person will be required to maintain client relationships which may include attending meetings and lunches. This role will be required to meet or exceed a monthly GP quota. Experience reading and following CAD or other system details and documentation is preferred.

Audiovisual Foreman

Seeking an AV Foreman with 3-5 years as a lead commercial AV install technician or at least 5 years of commercial AV experience. This person will oversee the installation technicians and be the point person on the job sites. They will communicate closely with the Project Manager, Engineer and Account Manager to ensure jobs are running smoothly. They will be required to fulfill all the duties of the Installation Technicians.

  • Maintain Equipment Inventory
  • Mentor and Train Technicians
  • Communicate closely with PM
  • Daily Database Progress Updates

CTS, CTS-D is preferred. Must have Polycom, Cisco, Crestron, AMX, BiAmp, ClearOne training/certifications and hands on experience is preferred. The position requires the following attributes: technical capability, professionalism, self- motivation, self-discipline, focus and attention to detail and punctuality.
